FlipDish is an AI-powered recipe conversion tool that transforms recipes between different cooking methods. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or suitability of converted recipes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

FlipDish Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of a charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
  • Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Use automated tools to make excessive requests to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The FlipDish name, logo, and original content are the property of FlipDish. Recipe content you submit remains yours. AI-generated conversions are provided for personal use only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. FlipDish does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated recipe conversions will be accurate or safe for consumption. Always use your own judgment when cooking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipDish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
